When we started Crush Solar, we saw the writing on the wall. We saw a lot of solar companies not working in solar for the right reasons. We saw companies and a lot of people that didn’t make service their shining north star. We saw people not seeing the true urgency of reducing reliance on the grid, and the consequences everyone was going to face with a large and increasingly outdated grid system, and a quickly improving, disruptive technology in solar panels.

We started Crush Solar to serve 3 goals:

• Help get the energy market to 20% solar adoption or greater by 2030.

• Be a leader in customer service by setting great expectations, and provide unique quality of support.

• Partner with only companies that put service first, and go out of their way to make sure each experience is treated with top priority.

• We want our employees to be the recruits of our future employees—inviting only people who share the company culture and values we strive in our day to day interactions with each other and our customers.
